In the UK, around 30m people make resolutions for the year ahead. 27% of these resolutions are finance related. So, in January, Virgin Money wanted to show customers how they can help to set and achieve their financial goals.

We created a fun and playful campaign that cuts through all the dredge of January diets and boring budget advice you see on social media.

We tapped into this calendar moment for goal setting and optimism, by living up to our purpose of making people happier about money and supporting their ambitions. Using the provocative Virgin Voice and creating eye-catching assets that bring the Virgin Money card to life, we launched a variety of contextually compelling paid social and display ads. These assets were added to a rotation of creatives that were less seasonal.
